What's the sizing like?

Our apparel is designed for a comfortable, modern fit. However, every body is different. We strongly recommend checking the detailed size chart with specific measurements that you can find on every product page before you order.
When in doubt, size up for a more relaxed, 'cunthable' feel (the good kind).

How are your products made?

To reduce waste and ensure every piece is created with intention just for you, all of our items are made-to-order. This means we don't hold a ton of inventory. Instead, the moment you place an order, our production partners (Printful or Printify, depending on the item) get to work creating your specific item. This is a more sustainable approach, and it ensures you get a brand-new piece made with you in mind.

How long will it take to get my order?

Because every item is made-to-order, there are two parts to your delivery time: Fulfillment + Shipping.

  • Fulfillment (2-7 business days): This is the time it takes to create your custom product.
  • Shipping (3-5 business days): This is the time it takes to get from our printer to your doorstep.

You can generally expect your order to arrive within 5-12 business days. We promise the wait will be worth it. You'll receive a tracking number as soon as it ships.

Can I return or exchange an item?

Because every item is custom-made for you through our print-on-demand partners, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues or buyer's remorse. This is why it's crucial to check the size chart before ordering.

However, if your item arrives damaged or the print is incorrect, please contact us immediately at info@kugahlife.com with a photo of the issue, and we will make it right. Our standards are high, and that includes our service.
